Infrastructure
Built over an area of 6000 Sq. Ft. (Length – 110’, Width – 50’, Height – 25’), our manufacturing unit is well furnished with latest technology machines and equipments. The infrastructure is spread over a large area with 60,000 Sq. Ft of open area and 1000 Sq. Ft. of office. Around 65HP is utilized that is allotted MSEB Power.

Our skilled welders and all the welding procedures (WPS, PQR and WPQ) are educated as per ASME Section IX under a third party inspection agency. All the welding equipments, gauges, ovens and other measuring instruments are calibrated at regular intervals to assure quality. Raw materials procured are checked under stringent tests for their Physical properties, Chemical properties, UT and MPI.
Our qualified quality control executives are certified from ISNT (Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing) as a Welding Inspector. All our diligent efforts are leading to provide flawless and high performance products. We have executed equipments under prominent third party inspection agencies like Aker Kvaerner Powergas, Quest, IJT, Bureau Veritas Inspection Services, Weldcon Services and ICS for export jobs.
We have executed jobs in materials like SS304, SS316L, Tiscral, Sailma350 and SA516Gr70 with 100% Radiography. Soon we are going to achieve ISO certification.
